I give permission for photographs and/or videos taken during the class to be used by The SCENTologist and The MiraBay Club for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the candle making class offered by The SCENTologist and The MiraBay Club. I understand that this class involves working with hot wax, dyes, fragrances, sharp tools, and open flames, all of which may pose potential risks including burns, allergic reactions, or property damage.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to the following:

1. I assume full responsibility for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss resulting from participation.

2. I release and discharge The SCENTologist, The MiraBay Club, their staff, owners, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability or claims related to participation.

3. I certify that I am in good health and aware of any allergies or sensitivities I may have.

4. I understand that participation is voluntary and I may opt out at any time.

5. I acknowledge that participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the class.

6. I understand that all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason.
